Jennifer Hills has over twenty years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. With Jennifer’s wide range of experience, she is able to provide therapy to clients of any age. Jennifer is certified as an Early Intervention Specialist which informs her work with her youngest clients starting at age 4. Jennifer received her master’s degree in counseling psychology from Lesley College (now University) in 1997. She has worked in a variety of settings including community mental health, Early Intervention, a domestic violence program and a substance abuse clinic. Jennifer believes in a strengths based approach and also integrates humor whenever possible and appropriate. She draws from cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, expressive therapies, play therapy and family systems models to create individualized treatment plans.

Jennifer’s clinical areas of interest include: anxiety, ADHD, ASD, OCD, OPP, anger management, school refusal, and learning disabilities. She enjoys working with adults, adolescents, children. A special area of interest includes helping parents with behavior strategies and coordinating with school personnel to optimize children’s ability to learn and feel successful.
